We ship orders Monday - Friday. If you place an order on a weekend day or national holiday it will be processed and shipped within the next 2 business day. We do not ship on public holidays.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
All deliveries will be transported by Amazon Fulfilment. The Standard Delivery is 2 - 8 days in 48 States - Street and PO Box and 5 - 10 days for AK, HI and US Protectorates - Street and PO Box. However, at this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website.
If you are not home at the time of the delivery, your parcel will be left as per your authorised "Delivery Instructions if not Home" to leave articles on premises without POD Signature. Alternatively you will need to indicate alternate instructions in the 'Delivery Instructions “ if not home” field.

International Shipments
The Ecobud USA Online Store can currently ship orders to all U.S. States. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to any other non-U.S. addresses at this time. We do not ship to freight forwarding companies.
Non Commercial Use
The products and services available on our web site and any samples we may provide to you are for personal use only. We do not offer merchandise for resale. We reserve the right, with or without prior notice, to cancel or reduce any orders that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in violation of these terms and conditions.
Customer Service, Returns & Refund Policy
We are committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct.
Standard delivery timeframes are between 2 - 8 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
In the unlikely event that you receive your product and it is defective in some way, we offer a 30-day, unconditional, 100% money-back guarantee. Alternatively, we can exchange your product and we will send you a new product. This must be done within 30 days from the date of your purchase.

- Please enclose a copy of the invoice with instructions on how to handle the return.
